Anonymous: I really love your blog, you never fail to motivate me! I just started my new healthy lifestyle so everything is still a bit confusing. I'm not really into counting calories, but I wanted to know approximately what I was eating/burning. After a few days of using myfitnesspal I noticed that at the end of each day I had a lot of calories I still needed to eat(today is 877 left). But I feel full even though I only ate 678 calories and worked off 335. What should I do?

Aw, thank you so much! That makes me so happy  to hear :’) Really try to push yourself to eat more, you will only harm your body otherwise. Here are also some suggestions on healthy foods that are high in energy that could be a good idea to include more. Make sure you’re eating enough but then I wouldn’t recommend to count calories because it could lead to an obsessive behaviour :/xx
